Dillon Snowden M. Dillon Snowden is a Rehabilitation Consultant with 19 years experience in the field of medical, psychological and vocational management, assisting over 800 individuals with orthopedic and neurological injuries/disabilities under approximately 15 state jurisdictions and the federal government. Specifically, she has worked as a medical case manager, vocational counselor and rehabilitation supervisor, providing case management services for various lines of insurance coverage, employee benefit programs, the Railroads and medical/rehabilitation facilities as well as for the state of Texas vocational rehabilitation programs.

Heather Peterson Heather A. Peterson, RN, BS, CCM brings to an independent case management position 32 years of multi-faceted professional nursing experience. Not only has she owned and operated her own independent medical case management company for over six years, but she has also been employed as a Corporate Vice President of Community Relations for a home health agency in the San Antonio area, Nurse Liaison/Marketer for the Rehabilitation Institute of San Antonio, Allergy Nurse/Assessment Coordinator for a large HMO in San Antonio, Certified Health Occupations Instructor for Large vocational high schools in both Massachusetts and San Antonio, Texas and Public Health Nurse. Her duties have included marketing, writing proposals, negotiating contracts, trouble-shooting, hands-on patient care and educational training of staff and students. The culmination of these 32 years of experience has resulted in Ms. Peterson becoming a dedicated and well-seasoned health care professional ready to serve the case management needs of insurance carriers, employers groups, TPA's, HMO's, etc. and their insured.

Asta G. Vazquez has worked as a registered nurse for over 30 years. Prior to entering into the case management field, Ms. Vazquez received primary clinical experience at a trauma/neuro-surgical intensive care center for over 15 year, in St. Louis, Mo. In the early eighties, Ms. Vazquez entered into Occupational Nursing/Case Management, working for a major employer in the San Antonio area, before setting up her own Medical Case Management business in 1992. Ms. Vazquez's experience includes: handling Worker's compensation Law injuries for all 50 states, following OSHA rules and regulation, to include other Federal/State and local regulation when applicable; developed restrictive/modified positions for the injured workers; performed job analysis; assisted with ergonomic adjustment; presentation of safety seminars; development and implementation of blood born pathogens protocols in compliance with CDC Guidelines; first aid intervention to the injured/ill employee under the guidelines of the Medical Director. Ms. Vazquez's specialties in the medical case management field have been in: catastrophic injuries, spinal cord injuries, soft tissue injuries, musculo-skeletal injuries, fractures and other orthopedic injuries, burns, electrical injuries, chronic pain, pulmonary injuries/illness and more. Ms. Vazquez has extensive experience in working with the Employer in developing return to work programs for the injured employee, to include writing policies and procedures.

Alicia Garza-Sanchez Alicia Garza-Sanchez has worked as a registered, bilingual nurse for over 30 years. Prior to entering into the case management field, Ms. Garza-Sanchez received her initial clinical experience in critical care of infants. Then, she worked as a primary care nurse for a home health agency for 7 years. Next, she worked in county public health and with the independent school district for 7 years, coordinating various health care programs and providing direct care. She entered the case management field in 1993, working with individuals with catastrophic, orthopedic, and neurological injuries within various health care insurance programs. She also handled utilization review, authorizing health care plans and coordination of discharge planning. She established her own case management company in 1998, serving the Rio Grande Valley. She is well established in the South Texas area, recognized for her dedication, professionalism, and leadership in the medical community and is a member of The Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
